Personalize your serving board with a laser engraving of your choice! Choose from a variety of design options and customize any of the red areas with a name, date, or address. If no specific fonts are requested, we will use the fonts in the design sample. Laser engraving is permanently etched into the wood, ensuring that your design will last for years to come.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

To maintain the beauty of the marble and acacia wood, it is recommended to hand wash the serving board and polish the wood with food grade mineral oil.

PROOFS:

Proofs and/or exact measurements requests are accepted only and after purchase. Requests could add up to 1-2 days to the production timeframe depending on request. Any changes or updates need to be submitted within 24 hours of us sending the proof to you. If we receive no response, then the item will go into production as noted in the proof after 24 hours of sending.

Actual product color may vary from the images shown due to every monitor or mobile display has a different capability to display colors, and every individual may see these colors differently.

This item is handmade in nature and is made of real wood. Each item will differ slightly from the one pictured. Small knots or other inconsistencies that are present in real wood and are not considered defects. Item colors may also differ due to lighting, screen resolutions and wood. No two items will ever be exactly identical.

All of our products are cut with a laser. Laser cut items may have some scorch marks on the backside. There may also be a slight toasted wood smell that is normal and will disappear in time.

We put a lot of work into making your item perfect, and we love when our customers send us pictures!

RETURNS:

Due to the custom nature of the item we do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for alterations after delivery. If the item is faulty or if an error has been made on our part, please contact us with a few pictures of the faulty item, and we will come up with a solution for you.

SHIPPING:

Standard Shipping Speed 2-6 business days

All items are made to order in the order in which they are received.

Business days include: Monday - Friday and do not include national holidays.

If your product was damaged in shipping, you must contact us within 7 days of the item's delivery with photos of the product and packaging. The packaging MUST be retained for potential inspection by the shipping carrier.
